If you’ve never participated in a fitness challenge, then this challenge is for you! You’ll receive a personal trainer level of service from our awesome team of trainers, nutrition support from Holly Arnold – Clinical Nutritionist and could win some awesome prizes by working towards your goals.  

No matter your goals, whether it’s looking to lose weight, increase strength, change body composition or simply feel healthier, is completely up to you! Participants will be encouraged to set personal goals to work on throughout the challenge. You’ll be training with likeminded people who are committed to achieving their goals. 

The Get Active 6-Week Challenge! includes: 

  • Access to weekly exclusive skills workshops
  • Pre-challenge screening and fitness test including 2 x body composition scans
  • Nutritional support and guidance from Holly Arnold – Clinical Nutritionist
  • Nutrition 101 presentation by Holly Arnold 
  • Initial consultation and goal setting
  • Ongoing support from the fitness team throughout your 6 weeks
  • End of challenge celebration breakfast

Q) How long does the Get Active 6-Week Challenge! run for?

A) The challenge will run for 6 weeks with a testing week the week prior. Dates for the next Get Active Challenge will be updated when available.

Q) How many classes are included in the Get Active 6-Week Challenge!?

A) All group fitness classes are available to those participating in Get Active 6-Week Challenge! It is recommended that participants take part in a minimum of 4 classes per week. 

Q) What happens if I can’t attend a Challenge only class?

A) Participants are encouraged to attend the Challenge skills workshops. These will be held at various times throughout the week and can be booked through the classes section in our app. There will be NO make up sessions for these classes.

Prize terms and conditions:

There will be five prize packs up for grabs as part of the Get Active 6-Week Challenge. Prizes will be given out based on the following criteria.

1. Outstanding attendance – by achieving the minimum attendance requirement of four group fitness classes per week for the entire duration of the challenge (six weeks). 

2. Most impressive results (one male and one female) – based on goals set at the beginning of the challenge and pre/post challenge testing. 

3. MVP – based on a coaches vote, this prize will be awarded to the person who engages most with the Get Active 6-Week Challenge pillars:

  • Show Up
  • Train with Intent
  • Knowledge
  • Community

4. Most MOVEs earned throughout the 6 weeks – Technogym MOVEs are a measure of your daily physical activity and can be earned by attending classes, lifting weights, running, or any other physical activity. MOVEs are tracked by connecting your smart watch to The Toll House app.
