On the Saturday 14th September at 8am, we’ve opened up our Bootcamp class for you and all your friends to participate in. We believe in staying active and connecting with each other through fitness and chats as essential to our day to day. We’ll also have a special coffee deal for you on offer to have at the end!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By joining our class, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- The Participant is voluntarily participating in the Bootcamp class at The Toll House Health & Wellness.
- The Participant understands that there are risks associated with engaging in physical activity and hereby assumes all risks of injury, illness, death, or property damage that may arise from participation in the activity.
- The Participant releases The Toll House Health & Wellness from any liability for any accident, injury, illness, death, loss, damage to person or property, or other consequences suffered by the Participant or any other person arising from the activity.
- The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Toll House Health & Wellness for any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from the Participant’s engagement in the activity.
- The Participant agrees to assume any financial responsibility for medical costs incurred as a result of any injury sustained during the activity.
- The Participant acknowledges that this agreement is a waiver of their legal right to collect damages in the event of injury, death, or property damage.
- The Participant agrees not to make any claims or lawsuits against The Toll House Health & Wellness for any loss or damage resulting from their participation in the activity.
- The Participant understands and accepts the risks associated with the activity and signs this agreement of their own free will.
- The Participant agrees to receive marketing communications from The Toll House Health & Wellness as part of this promotion.
