Summer Strong 2025 | 7-Week Health & Wellness Challenge

Feel strong, be more active, be held accountable, develop new healthy routines and have fun in a positive community!

Summer Strong is an entry level 7-week training program designed to introduce you to working out with a purpose and testing to track and understand progress

Available to TH members, Fitness Passport, and non-members.

Registrations open: Monday 15 September

Registration closes: Thursday 16 October (mid-week 1, prep week).

Starts with Prep Week: Monday 13 October – Final registrations and initial fitness testing.

5 x Training Weeks: Monday 20 October to Sunday 23 November – Five training weeks.

Retest Week: Monday 24 November – retesting of fitness tests and the prizegiving breakfast at Six Palms, held Saturday 29 November at 9:00am.

What is Summer Strong?

This instalment of Summer Strong is an entry level 7-week training program designed to introduce you to working out with a purpose and testing to track and understand progress towards fitness goals that are important to you.

The foundations of Summer Strong are built on accountability, training with intent, learning new things, and having fun!

We will be setting a blanket training goal for all Summer Strong participants during the challenge. This goal will be to complete a minimum of 3 Legacy group training classes per week here at The Toll House. If you choose to join Summer Strong, this is the first challenge you’ll be accepting.

Challengers will also be encouraged to outline personal short and long-term goals and construct a sustainable weekly exercise routine to support the achievement of these health and fitness outcomes.

  4. Be Sociable – surrounding yourself with good people can have a hugely positive influence on mental health and wellbeing. It can also increase the chance you’ll adhere to training and realize your health and fitness goals.

Final chance to register for the challenge.

All challengers are asked to book in to one of the strength testing sessions which will be scheduled throughout the week.

            Bb Box Squat

            Bb Bench Press

            Pull-ups

Week 2 – Training Week 1 of 6

Monday 28 October

(Week 3, School Term 4)

Minimum completion of 3 Legacy classes each Training Week of the challenge.

Legacy programs designed specifically to target improvements in our three test movements.

Week 4 – Mid-Challenge Morning Tea

Saturday 16 November – 9:00am

Six Palms Café (MPG)

Come for a catch up and a free coffee, on us. This is a check-in session to ensure we’re on-track with our training. We’ll also take the opportunity to look ahead and plan for our final training weeks of the challenge.

Final Week – Re-testing

Monday 2 December

During this week we will be testing the big three movements – Bb Box Squats, Bb Bench Press, and Pull-ups.

Be sure to keep the morning of Saturday 7 December free so you can join us at the Six palms café at Moore Park Golf for a morning tea get-together. We will also take the opportunity to recognize each other’s achievements and award some prizes!

How Do I Join?

Only 20 challenger spots available!

Registration is simple!
  1. Simply jump on our Toll House app and head to the “Shopping” tile within Dashboard.
  2. Tap on the “Challenges” tile
  3. Scroll the list and select the challenge entry product that best fits with your Toll House user status – Member, Fitness Passport, or Non-member (Classpass and other non-member types.
  4. Follow the prompts through to complete payment.
  5. You’re done!
  • Option 1: $419.95 upfront. Covers 7 weeks of Toll House membership level access and entry into the challenge.
  • Option 2: Sign-up to our Toll House membership (12-week minimum commitment period). This is the minimum requirement to access our Legacy group fitness classes. Pay the members challenge entry fee of $70.00.
