– Initial and post program TPI Strength and Power testing conducted by Moore Park Golf PGA Pro Coach and Toll House Fitness Coach – Weeks 1 and 8

– 1 x Weekly Golf Specific Group Training Session at The Toll House conducted by TPI Certified Fitness Coach – weeks 2-7

– *NEW* Strength & conditioning program for golf players – prescribed as an additional solo training session through weeks 2-8

– *NEW* Stables gym-only membership for the duration of the 8-week program

– 8 x Buckets of golf balls for the MPG Driving Range (1 bucket per week).

Class Details:

The program commences the week of Monday 12th February.

Classes will be held on:

– Monday mornings – 8:15am-9:15am

– Tuesday evenings – 6:00pm–7:00pm

– Wednesday mornings – 8:15am-9:15am

– Thursday evenings – 6:00pm–7:00pm

Participants can choose from one of the above time slots for the entirety of the program.


Please Note: Week 1 Testing for the Tuesday evening group will be held on Wednesday 14 Feb 6:00pm and Week 1 Testing for the Wednesday morning group will be held on Tuesday 13 Feb 8:15am.
