Starts with Prep Week: Monday 20 April – Final registrations and initial fitness testing.
5 x Training Weeks: Monday 27 April to Sunday 31 May – Five training weeks.
Retest Week: Monday 1 June – retesting of fitness tests and the prizegiving breakfast at Six Palms, held Saturday 6 June.
Our Get Strong Challenge is a 7-week resistance training program suitable for novice to intermediate level gym goers. The Get Strong journey is designed to provide you with the tools and expertise to 1) develop your confidence and competence in the gym environment, and 2) build muscular strength through suitable exercise selection and frequent training.
Whatever your motivations may be, challenge yourself with commitment to regular training. Take a step outside of your comfort zone. Be accountable to yourself and the goals you set. Challenge yourself by doing hard things – lifting heavy weights, and showing up to training even when you may not feel like it. Develop physical and mental fortitude and enjoy the feelings that come with overcoming a tough task.
Non-members can join the Get Strong Challenge on our Upfront offer which includes entry into the challenge along with full Toll House membership level access for the duration of the challenge.
