  • Weekly social run group sessions.
  • Guided strength training workouts.
  • Access to the program WhatsApp group so you can stay connected to your coaches and fellow participants from start to finish.

Key Dates

  • Week 1 | commencing Monday 2 June | Prep and testing
  • Week 2-Week 8 | commencing Monday 7 June | Group Training Sessions
  • Week 9 | Re-testing 
  • Week 10 | Taper Week – Participants complete run themselves
  • Week 10 | Sunday 10 July | City2Surf Event Day
