Meditation, with Breathwork and Fascial Release Workshop with Megan
This all-inclusive workshop is for anyone looking to begin or deepen their breathwork & meditation practices, to enrich your self-care routine.
Yoga Nidra, Breathwork & Meditation are said to support our overall wellbeing, anxiety, depression, cardio vascular health, asthma, pre & post-natal women, memory retention and improved sleep, to name a few. Therefore also enhancing our sport and fitness performances.
Before drifting into our Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra) we will experiment with self-massage techniques to release any constrictive fascia (connective tissue) that may be hindering access to our full potential of breath. You will then be guided through a meditative Vinyasa Flow, in preparation for calm and stillness.
After our deep relaxation, we will have had the potential to recuperate a level of deep rest that you may have missed from the previous night’s sleep.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect to leave this workshop feeling spacious, full of life, with a clearer mind and a powerful set of simple techniques to implement into your daily wellness routines.
WHO’S THIS TRAINING FOR?
This is suitable for all levels including beginners – a fantastic way to take your practice to the next level and improve your yoga confidence. Megan will make sure all levels learn some great tips.
