  • Initial and post program strength and power testing – Conducted on weeks 1 and 8.
  • 1 x weekly golf specific group training session at The Toll House – Weeks 2 to 7.
  • Strength & conditioning program for golfers – prescribed as an additional training session to be completed through weeks 2 to 7.
  • Stables gym-only membership for the duration of the 8-week program.
  • 8 x 30-minute vouchers for the MPG driving range (1 voucher per week).

The Details

Class times

The program commences the week of Monday 13th October and ends Sunday 7 December.

There will be two different days you can choose from, and these are:

Tuesdays 9:00am-10:00am
Thursdays 6:00pm-7:00pm

IMPORTANT: There are just 6 spots available in each group – 6 spots for Tuesday morning, and 6 spots for the Thursday evening group.

What is FITT Golf?

FITT Golf is a golf specific fitness training program designed for all levels of golfers, to help build the basic physical components of fitness that will guide you on your way to an improved golf game.

This 8-week program is for anyone who is looking to improve their golf game by that 1% margin. It is for anyone who is ready to commit to at least two fitness training sessions per week, for 8 weeks (one group session and one solo gym program session).

You’ll make the choice to join FITT Golf if you’re ready to work on the following components of fitness to improve your game:

  • Mobility – More effective swing and increase clubhead speed.
  • Stability – Maintain optimal position and control as you rotate back and through impact.
  • Muscular Strength – To increase force production which can lead to more power, and increased capacity for stability.
  • Muscular Power – Generate high ball speeds off the tee!

Starting Monday 13 October – Week 1

Ending Sunday 7 December – Week 8

No. This is solely a physical fitness training program.

All sessions will be held at The Toll House venue, at the bottom of the hill just below the MPG clubhouse.

No. When you register for a specific day and time, this will be your day and time for the group training session each week, for the entire program.

As often as you’d like within our opening hours, Monday through Sunday.
