STRONGER YOU | 7-WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE
STRONGER YOU is all about resistance training and making it a healthy habit in your life.
To successfully complete STRONGER YOU, you will complete a minimum of three Legacy training sessions per week between week 2-6 of the challenge.
The goal is for you to finish the challenge educated on understanding the importance of incorporating resistance training into your existing training schedules, and for you to walk away with a tailored routine that meets Australian guidelines on muscle-strengthening activities.
Who is this Challenge for?
This challenge is suitable for everyone. Training will be catered to suit each person’s lifting competency.

How Do I Join The Challenge?
Toll House/Heritage Members
If you are a Toll House or Heritage level member, simply jump of the Toll House app, head to the “Shopping” tile, click of the “Challenges” folder, select the “Member – Stronger You Challenge Entry” option, and then proceed to checkout.
Registration cost: $70.00
Fitness Passport Members
If you are a Fitness Passport member, follow the instructions above to navigate to the “Challenges folder”, select the “Fitness Passport – Stronger You Challenge Entry”, then proceed to checkout.
Registration cost: $100.00
Non-members
Non-members can join the Stronger You Challenge on our Upfront offer which includes entry into the challenge along with full Toll House membership level access for the duration of the challenge.
